Participate in ICFCA in your Absentia.
The authors who are unable attend the conference on the
mentioned dates due to prior engagements, but wish to present a paper in absentia
are encouraged to send in their "Application in Absentia" by January 15,
2010. Papers presented in absentia are eligible to be included in the conference
and shall avail of all the privileges bestowed on any regular paper. The full
length papers will be published in International Journal of Computer Applications in the upcoming 2010 open access edition. The author
who registers in absentia will be sent the certifications on February 25, 2010.
